The Ballan apartment is located on the island of Ciovo which is connected to the 2800-year-old bustling market town of Trogir by a bridge. Every corner of this UNESCO World Heritage island city of Trogir, sometimes referred to as “The Stone Beauty”, is within a few minutes walk of the apartment. This includes the old stone mainland bridge, the bridge to Island Ciovo, many good restaurants, cafes, bars, art galleries, shops and St. Lawrence Square where live music is played most evenings. Due to the narrow alleyways and polished stone streets cars are restricted to one road. Island Hvar, Brac and Bol; Split, Krka waterfalls and many other local beauty spots are easily accessible from Trogir. Okrug beach is less than five minutes walk and is ideal for swimming, sun bathing or enjoying a drink in one of the beach cafes. Sited on this small luxury development the apartment has been adequately equipped for a comfortable stay for up to three people at any time of year. There is a good size, sunny balcony with wonderful sea views across the bay to the islands beyond. Accommodation: Bedroom: Bedroom with king size bed, side tables with lights, bedside rugs and king size wardrobe, hair dryer. Bathroom: Shower, WC, sink, washing machine, luxury towels, iron and ironing board. Kitchen: Fitted kitchen area with oven, hob, extractor, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, cookware, crockery, glassware etc. Lounge/dining room: Double sofa bed, TV, DVD player, stereo system and air-conditioning. Linen: Towels and linen are included. Laundry and cleaning services are not available. Notes on accommodation: There is a balcony that is child safe. The apartment is air- conditioned. Outside: Car parking space.
