The Ballan Apartment:

The Ballan apartment is located on the island of Ciovo which is connected to the 2800-year-old bustling market town of Trogir by a bridge. Every corner of this UNESCO World Heritage island city of Trogir, sometimes referred to as “The Stone Beauty”, is ten minutes walk from the apartment. This includes the old stone mainland bridge, the bridge to Island Ciovo, many good restaurants, cafes, bars, art galleries, independant shops, St. Lawrence Square, where live music is played most evenings and , of course, the famous Riva water front. Due to the narrow alleyways and polished stone streets cars are restricted to one road. Island Hvar, Brac and Bol; Split, Krka waterfalls and many other local beauty spots are easily accessible from Trogir. Okrug beach is less than five minutes walk and is ideal for swimming, sun bathing or enjoying a drink in one of the beach cafes.

Sited on a small luxury development the apartment is equipped for a comfortable stay for 2 people, with a sofabed for occasional use, at any time of year. The accommodation comprises bedroom with a super kingsize bed (cot available), bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, living area with air-conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen and a good size balcony with stunning sea views across the harbour to the islands beyond.

Bedroom: Bedroom with a super kingsize bed, double wardrobe, side tables and side lights, bedside rugs, fan and hair dryer. Egyptian cotton bedding and luxury towels are provided.

Bathroom: Walk in shower, WC, sink, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, espresso maker, cafaterier and all necessary cookware, crockery and glassware.

Lounge/dining room: The dining area has a dining table and four chairs. The lounge has a really comfortable distressed leather sofa, side table with light, coffee table, digital TV a DVD player, radio/CD player, air-conditioning and a collection of DVDs books and guide books.

Balcony: The generous sized balcony has a small round table with two chairs and two sunbeds.

Linen: Egyptian cotton bedding and luxury towels are provided.

Outside: The apartment has an allocated car parking space.
